Here’s what’s inside The Focus Lab:
Weekly Live Calls — Think of these as structured-but-safe spaces to talk through what’s coming up, what’s working, and where you’re stuck. We’ll go into real-world tools that support your nervous system and your executive functioning.
Sunday Flow Rituals — These pre-recorded sessions walk you through your end-of-week reflection, financial check-in, and planning routine. It’s basically your Sunday system, guided to get you ready for the week to come. No more blank staring at your planner wondering where to start.
Midweek Check-Ins — gentle accountability that keeps you connected because ADHD brains thrive on micro-feedback, not “see you next week.”
Community Support — a small, private group of other women who get it. The kind of space where you can say, “I’ve been sitting on this email draft for three days,” and everyone nods instead of judging.
Individualized Support Time — optional one-on-one check-ins with me if you’re feeling stuck or need extra help creating your systems. Because sometimes you just need a voice of regulation to get unstuck.
Budgeting & Financial Flow Overview — No one ever really taught us how to budget in a way our brains can actually follow. This part helps you create a rhythm that feels empowering, not anxiety-inducing and also brings awareness to the impulsive dopamine buys without the shame.
Real-Time Q&A — ask questions and get answers the same day. No waiting a week, no spiraling in the meantime.
Tailored Structure & Systems — no cookie-cutter approach here. You’ll learn frameworks that flex with your brain, your season of life, and your capacity
Body Doubling & Mirroring — we’ll use proven ADHD support strategies like parallel focus and co-regulation. When you’re in a group of others working toward the same thing, your brain literally borrows the calm and focus of the people around you. It’s neuroscience, not magic but it feels a little like both :)
