Scheduling an Intro Call
Choosing a therapist is like dating. You want someone who gets you, makes you feel safe, and actually helps you grow. That’s where an intro call comes in. It’s your chance to get a feel for my vibe, ask questions, and see if we click before committing.
I truly believe that a good therapist-client connection is everything to your success—if you don’t feel comfortable, it’s going to be hard to open up and do the work. That’s why I require all potential clients to book an intro call with me first.
On the call I’ll talk to you more about my approach, my experience, and what working together would look like. You then get a chance to ask any and all questions you might have about the process, my therapeutic approach, logistics, etc. If at the end of the call you decide you want to move forward, we will find a day & time that works for you in the next week for you to be seen right away.
No 3-6 week waiting list to be seen.
You deserve a therapist who truly supports your healing, not just someone with an open slot.
