These one-on-one meditation and mindfulness sessions are designed specifically for those navigating stuck and stored trauma, healing past emotional wounds, and working toward emotional peace and safety. Together, we’ll create a practice that supports YOU, not one that adds to your stress. No rigid rules, no expectation to sit cross-legged in total silence, just a personalized experience that meets you exactly where you are.

Breathwork – to release emotional tension and regulate your nervous system.
Guided Meditation – to help you process pain, shift your mindset, and cultivate self-compassion.
Mindfulness Practices – to bring you back to the present and create a sense of emotional safety within yourself.

Somatic Practices & Approaches Helping you tune into physical sensations and release stored emotional pain through body-based awareness.
