Support Groups

This group is for mothers of any stage.

Mother to mother, we will discuss our struggles, challenges, and/or hardships that come up in motherhood.

This is an on-going support group meant to provide a safe and trusting setting for mothers, and those who identify as mothers.

The group will focus on topics such as; self-esteem, transitions, relationship and parenting struggles, intimacy, job changes, divorce, loss, blended families and more.

This group is for you if you are struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, expression of needs and setting healthy boundaries.

This group will explore values in a way that will help aid in determining your own values and how they affect your life and your decision making.

You will learn how to develop your self-esteem and what self-esteem is made of. We will focus on exploring your relationship with yourself and those around you.

You will learn and explore different styles of communication within yourself and towards others. As well as learn how to communicate your needs effectively while establishing healthy boundaries.

There will be a focus on the messages we receive about body image, both externally and internally, and you will learn tools and strategies to help you succeed in all area’s of your life!

Join us on Tuesday’s from 1-2p EST

Whatever F word you choose that comes up during moments of self-disappointment, it is rooted to your core.

The core of your ‘why’ and willingness. The core of your identity. It shapes how we move through our world and view accomplishments (or lack there-of).

We will focus on re-framing and welcoming failure into our lives with open arms. You will create goals you think you can’t attain and find a sense of empowerment through the process.

New Group Starting Fall 2022

This group is for those who have no or little experience with DBT or for those who feel they need a refresher.

Why DBT? DBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, is a tried and true intensive approach to help with regulating emotions. If you’ve ever feel like you are on an emotional roller coaster this group will help you find balance and emotional stability.

It is proven effective with those who experience the following

• Extreme mood swings

• Frequent emotional outburst

• Inability to cope with setbacks

• Overwhelming anxiety

• Loss of friendships due to emotional volatility

• Self-injurious behaviors
