ABOUT LACUNA

Lacuna’s Purpose

At LACUNA, we aspire to commit our time and resources to you during your length of commitment with us, whatever that may look like.

The focus of our work is around transparency, trust, and communication with your needs being at the forefront.

Why LACUNA Exist’s

LACUNA - a center for wholeness, was a seed planted many years ago and has flourished into a mental health wellness center that brings together components of not just the mind but also our bodies and souls.

Connecting all three to heal our deepest needs.

The goal at the center is to create more ways for our community to connect with others and feel understood while also tapping into their wisdom and intuition.

Life is hard enough to navigate and no-one needs to go through it alone.

The full intention of LACUNA, is that you are at the center of your wholeness.

We are here to individualize your needs while also providing trust and security as you learn and grow into your truest form of self.

About The Founder

Hi, I'm Amy, the founder and owner of LACUNA - a center for wholeness.

The intention with building LACUNA is that you are at the center of your wholeness and to create an environment where you feel safe and validated as you learn and grow into your truest form of self.

I myself was getting sick of going from place to place to place to work on myself and so I decided to create it instead!

My aspirations for LACUNA is that this will eventually be a “one stop shop” experience that ties together growth and healing for your mind, body & soul. The ultimate goal is to truly bring all modalities of healing together under one roof and create community in the process. Community being a piece of the healing process that is often overlooked.
